To become a Foundation Referral Partner, complete the following steps.

• Register by filling out the information below and we will respond with a Referral ID within 24 hours. That will be your distinct identifier for registering your clients.
• When you receive your Referral ID, complete the Investor Registration fields. Once we verify the investor is not already in our system, you will be registered as the referral source.
• Next, show your client pre-foreclosure and pre-MLS properties from the AMIP portfolio and add value on top of the service you already provide.

Foundation protects fees on the settlement statement at closing.
