Meet Mark

Mark leads Foundation CREF's multifamily platform and manages bridge and DSCR loan products. He has a rich background in real estate, from investing and lending to capital advisory and fintech. He has held key positions in various real estate companies, contributing to their growth and success. Over the course of his career, Mark has sourced and advised on direct real estate investment and fund opportunities nationwide across all residential and commercial asset classes. He has launched residential fix & flip, multifamily bridge lending, and structured equity platforms. Mark built and scaled a revolving credit line product integrated into DSCR rental loans nationwide overseeing origination, underwriting, asset management, and capital raising, including participating in funding one of the first single-family home rental loan securitizations.
