Meet Jennifer

Jennifer boasts a comprehensive background in the mortgage industry specializing in lien and title for 13 years before transitioning to her role as Post-Closing Coordinator at Foundation. Since 2018, Jennifer has been instrumental to all post-closing functions including coordinating with capital markets partners and administering construction draws, payoffs, extensions, and payments. In addition to her primary functions, Jennifer also plays a key role in facilitating the loan origination process by coordinating appraisals and contributing to marketing initiatives when time allows. Known for her organizational skills and commitment to providing exceptional customer service, Jennifer prioritizes consistency and dependability to ensure a positive experience for each borrower.
