Ashton joined Foundation in 2019, bringing with him a robust background in sales, commercial real estate, and fundraising capital for real estate private equity deals. As one of Foundation's earliest team members, Ashton has been integral to all facets of the company, including origination, capital markets, and underwriting. Currently, he focuses on PropertyPortal™ management and new loan origination for his clients. Ashton reflects on his journey with Foundation, acknowledging the company's genuine dedication to client and employee satisfaction.
